HOW TO BOOK
Booking a retreat at Gaya Kali is a straightforward process designed to support you from the moment you feel the call until you arrive at our sanctuary.
Because we offer total flexibility with no fixed start dates, your journey begins whenever you are ready.
1. Initial Inquiry & Availability
First, contact us via our contact form, email, WhatsApp confirm your preferred dates and room selection.
We will get back to you to confirm availability and discuss which retreat path (Ayahuasca, Iboga, Multi-Plant Medicine Retreats) best suits your intentions.
2. Securing Your Stay (Deposit)
To finalize your reservation, we require a 50% deposit of the total retreat cost.
Once this is received, your space and room are officially reserved.
3. Travel & Arrival Support
Once your deposit is confirmed, we are here to help you coordinate your arrival.
By Air: The nearest major airport is Brasilia International Airport (BSB).
By Bus: If you are already in Brazil, you can take a bus to the Brasilia Interstate Bus Station (Rodoviária Interestadual).
Transfer: We can guide you on the best shuttle services or private transport options from Brasilia to our sanctuary in Alto Paraíso.
4. Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance is due upon your arrival at the sanctuary.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. To keep our sanctuary sustainable while remaining fair to our guests, we have the following policy regarding the 50% deposit:
Canceled up to 1 month before: 50% of your deposit is refundable.
Canceled up to 2 weeks before: 25% of your deposit is refundable.
Canceled less than 2 weeks before: The deposit is non-refundable but may be credited toward a future retreat date at our discretion.
Medical & Safety Screening
For Iboga and Ayahuasca, safety is important due to its interactions with serotonin receptors.
If you take any medical prescriptions, you will follow a screening protocol with our licensed doctor to ensures that the medicine is safe for you.
The "Preparation" Period
Upon booking, you will receive our “Ultimate Plant Medicine Retreat Guide,” which includes dietary recommendations (Dieta) and advice on how to mentally and physically prepare for your ceremonies.
Packing Essentials
Alto Paraíso has a beautiful, micro-climate. We recommend packing comfortable clothes for ceremonies, a light jacket for cooler nights, swimwear for waterfall tours, a flashlight, and natural mosquito repellent."
